Ms. Joshi is the founder of OMJ Strategies Ltd, a strategic corporate communications and government affairs agency advising foreign and local companies in Lagos. In 2012, she was appointed the pioneer executive secretary of the Lagos Court of International Arbitration, which was part of the Lagos State justice reform initiatives.

Ms. Joshi co-founded shopaviva.com, a network marketing company created to offer Nigerian women opportunities to generate additional income and develop entrepreneurial skills. The business has now grown to empower thousands of female distributors and manufactures skin and beauty products specifically for the African market.

She has a strong desire to build a better society and has been a member of Rotary International since 2015, and Soka Gakkai International (SGI) since 2014.
